You’re definitely not the only one struggling with this.

Online group therapy in Washington & Oregon

You have a pretty good support system, but you at times find yourself still masking about your mental health.

Or maybe, you actually feel incredibly isolated and you’re looking for others who really get you.

Why group therapy?

Individual therapy is great, but how often have you sat across from your therapist who says these lovely, warm, and validating things and thought “well they have to say that - they’re my therapist“?

Benefits of group therapy:

If you’ve ever felt like you’re the only one who struggles with something, group therapy can be a powerful reminder: you’re not alone.

Healing in a group offers something individual therapy can’t always provide—real-time connection with others who understand your story without judgment. It creates a space to be seen, heard, and validated in ways that are deeply transformative.

Group therapy helps you:

  • Break free from isolation and shame

  • Practice new relational patterns in a safe space

  • Feel supported as you explore and express your truth

  • Learn from others’ experiences and insights

  • Rebuild trust in yourself and others

It’s not about sharing everything before you’re ready. It’s about showing up—and letting healing happen in community.

  • Group therapy is highly effective for a number of things, but just like with individual therapy - what you put into it is what you’ll get out of it. While you won’t be forced to share anything, it’s helpful if you challenge yourself to participate each week.
