Healing from Family Challenges: A 12-Week Group Experience for Adult Children of Emotionally Immature or Narcissistic Parents
💬 “I always felt like I had to walk on eggshells.”
💬 “My needs never really mattered growing up.”
💬 “It’s still hard to believe I’m not the problem.”
If those statements resonate with you, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to keep navigating this healing journey in isolation.
This supportive 12-week therapy group is designed to help adults who grew up in emotionally neglectful, enmeshed, or chaotic family systems make sense of their story, reconnect with their needs, and start to live more authentically—without guilt or constant self-doubt.

Yes. Group therapy offers a powerful way to undo aloneness. When you hear others put words to your experience, it reinforces that you weren’t “too sensitive”—you were under-supported. Being witnessed and supported by others can be incredibly healing, especially for those who’ve carried their story silently.
-
You’ll never be forced to share before you feel ready. That said, group therapy works best when everyone is engaged. Many participants find they want to share as trust builds. You’ll be supported wherever you are in the process.

Perfect! This group can complement your individual work. Many clients find that group themes enrich and accelerate their one-on-one healing.

Many people who grew up in emotionally immature households minimize their pain because “nothing really bad happened.” If you’re struggling with boundaries, self-worth, or parent guilt—and your needs didn’t get met as a child—you’re welcome here.
